This R4i SDHC Installation manual will help you get started with the R4i SDHC 3DS and R4i SDHC V1.4x flash cards that you have just purchased from R4NORisk Business or other website.

You may have purchased The R4i SDHC 3DS or R4i-SDHC V1.4x from R4NORisk Accredited Business or others website.
Make sure your R4i-SDHC flash card Package that have domain “www.r4i-sdhc.com” on it and package like top:

1. Items verification(What is in the box?)

Please verify that you have the following items at your R4i-SDHC 3DS / V1.4x Package:

• The R4i SDHC or R4i-SDHC 3DS Card.
• A MicroSD card reader.

2. R4i SDHC Software downloads

If you simply insert the MicroSD TF card into the R4i-SDHC and power on your console, the R4i-SDHC will be unable to start: in fact, you need to place specific R4i-SDHC kernel at the root of the MicroSD TF card.

3. Setting up the R4i SDHC / R4i-SHC 3DS Card

The file that you download is a compressed archive. The last bit of the file name is “.rar”. Compressed archives may contain one several files, you need to extract those files and copy them onto your MicroSD card. If you feel unsafe about what you are doing, we recommend that you ask a friend or a relative that can help you proceed with the following instructions:

1. Download the archive (mentioned in the above step) to your computer.
2. Insert the MicroSD TF card into your MicroSD card reader.
3. Insert the MicroSD TF card reader into your computer.
4. Open the file explorer of your computer and open your MicroSD card drive.
5. Extract all the files from the downloaded archive to the root of the MicroSD card.

At this point, your MicroSD card should contain the correct system files for your R4i SDHC. You may also want to copy additional files to your MicroSD card such as games, applications, media, documents…

4. Using the R4i SDHC 3DS / R4i-SDHC V1.4x Card for video games

Once you have correctly configured the MicroSD TF card, the instructions are simple:

1. Insert the MicroSD card into the R4i SDHC card / R4i-SDHC 3DS.
2. Insert the R4i SDHC card into your Nintendo 3DS,DSi,DSi XL Or DS,DS Lite.
3. Turn on your console and let the R4I SDHC menu appear.

Once the R4i SDHC menu appears, you have a choice to start a game or application, to play media files or open documents, and to configure your R4i SDHC cart settings.
